New car purchase excellent and straightfrward Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market. More

Just want to echo what I read on this site. Im new to town, brought in my Honda and started asking questions to determine the best course of action for a repair. There was no interest from 2 different s town, brought in my Honda and started asking questions to determine the best course of action for a repair. There was no interest from 2 different service guys in helping me find the problem, check it to see if it was under warranty, or build a new realtionship with a new customer. They had the attitude-dont bring us junk from another dealer to repair unless you are spending the bucks. You are just asking to get treated like you are going to rob the place if you arent spending thousands. I want ever set foot in there again. More
I purchased my honda from Burlington Honda, I took the vehicle back for service and to have other work done. The work was sloppy and I wasn't satisfied especially with the price I paid. When I took my v vehicle back for service and to have other work done. The work was sloppy and I wasn't satisfied especially with the price I paid. When I took my vehicle back to repair the sloppy work I got snares and a couple of service guys walked by shaking their head at me like I don't have to right to want the work done right right on my vehicle. This dealership really lacks in customer service. If you purchase from this dealership don't expect to have good customer service from the service team. More
I bought a 2005 Honda Pilot with 102,000 miles and was very happy. I had searched for about a year and finally found this one and traded in my 2003 Camry. Felt good about it until about 2 months later whe very happy. I had searched for about a year and finally found this one and traded in my 2003 Camry. Felt good about it until about 2 months later when the brakes locked up on their own. The Honda place checked it out but found nothing. I found out online that 2005 Pilots have a few that for no reason lock the brakes while driving. I hoped it was a one time deal and it did not happen again but 3 months later it happened 3 times in one day. It was very unsafe to drive and felt I had no other option than to trade it back in. I hoped Burlington Honda would be understanding and not take advantage of the situation, but in my eyes they did. Even though filing a complaint about the Pilot with the NTHSB, I'm pretty sure they did not believe me or that it was happening. How do I know this? After taking a $4400 hit because I lost the the value of my trade-in from 9 months prior towards a used 2006 Accord, I notice they tried to sell the Pilot the next week. This is what I thought was horrible. They know it is defective with something the Honda Company itself cannot figure out. So selling it to the next unsuspecting customer was very underhanded to me. I would have been happy to pay for any brake repair. I loved that Pilot. But nobody knew how to fix it. I now wonder if they knew the problem when they sold it to me. More
