Much better than local Hyundai Dealer Very Professional, Very neat. My last dealer visit was to a Hyundai Dealer in Burlington, NC; the work that was done was sloppy and amateurish. When Very Professional, Very neat. My last dealer visit was to a Hyundai Dealer in Burlington, NC; the work that was done was sloppy and amateurish. When I got my car back, the hood was not closed, replaced parts were left sitting on top of the engine, and there was power steering fluid splattered everywhere, I do not think an attempt was made to clean up their mess...... Not so with Honda. The work was done neatly and accurately, cleanup was complete and thorough. Even though I had not been there for a number of years, they still had my information for my 2003 Accord on file, and were able to tell me what that had not been done service wise (inspection due, oil change due etc. When I got the car back, they had inspected the brakes, belts, hoses etc and gave me a written report. Very professional. I will be going there in the future, even with My Santa Fe if they will work on it.... More

I had originally called to ask some questions and getting a quote,but after speaking with a manager there named Danny I was reassured this place would take care of me. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I typically am terrified of getting over charged over problems that aren't real. I can honestly say all of that fear went away after speaking with the manager. He explained everything to me in detail that would make it easy for someone who doesn't know cars to understand. Will definitely be making this my go to shop for any further car problems! More

They never speak to customers when they walk through the waiting area. Don't they realize that service customers are potential sales customers. I will continue to come to Burlington Honda for service but not to buy. Thank you. More
