Client Safety is Honda's Priority One morning our Ridgeline's brake pedal was stuck close to the floorboard and would not release by any means. We had it moved on a flatbed to Burling One morning our Ridgeline's brake pedal was stuck close to the floorboard and would not release by any means. We had it moved on a flatbed to Burlington Honda to investigate and repair. After two days of inspecting, reviewing and testing for the issue, there were no anomalies found. While the vehicle was there they replaced an Air Bag that was under recall. When my wife went to recover the vehicle, she was surprised to find that Burlington Honda was not going to charge us anything because we are faithful customers. We'd like to give a shout out to the Service and Maintenance crews there on the ground at Burlington Honda....great job and thank you. Feeling safe in your vehicle while traveling at 70 mph on the highway is important to everyone but disregarded by most.
