Terrible service dept. Service Dept is terrible. Employees stand around talking while a customer waits to be acknowledged. I dropped of my vehicle at 7:50am. I had to call b Service Dept is terrible. Employees stand around talking while a customer waits to be acknowledged. I dropped of my vehicle at 7:50am. I had to call back at 3:30pm because I was never called to let me know my car was ready. When I got there I was told he only needed to grab the paperwork then I waited for 30 minutes after which I checked and he said "Oh! I thought you had been checked out." He grabbed the paperwork and when I asked about the total at the bottom I was told it hadn't been finalized and zeroed out, and there was no charge due to warranty. I got a call a week later wanting to know why our payment hadn't been processed. Um, I was told NO CHARGE. What payment are you talking about? He was going to check the warranty and such and get back to me. I haven't heard back. Very unprofessional, high prices (from the paperwork for the items I was supposedly not being charged for), and they appear to not know what they are doing. I will never use their service department again unless I have zero other choices. More
