In less than three hours and with absolutely no glitches, I pulled out of the Flow Honda lot, with a grin on my face and driving the Honda Odyssey that I had come to see ! First Time Service Department Experience Today was my first time using Flow Honda Burlington for servicing my CR-V. I didn't purchase the vehicle at this particular location however Brad trea Today was my first time using Flow Honda Burlington for servicing my CR-V. I didn't purchase the vehicle at this particular location however Brad treated me as if I had just walked out of the showroom. I was acknowledged as soon as I pulled up and treated with courtesy. Brad informed me of the process and directed me to the waiting area. He gave me an estimated time on when I could expect my service to be completed. He verified my cell phone number and after a few minutes waiting in the waiting room I received a text message stating that I could text him with any questions I may have while waiting. Once my service was complete he verified my email address to ensure I would receive their newsletter and any other information related to future services. I'm glad he double checked because my email address ended up being incorrect in the system which he promptly corrected. The only complaint I have is the price of the oil change and the lack of coupons. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience today and will return for my future service needs. More
