Extraordinarily Thorough I had a 2007 Honda Odyssey and when it came time to buy a new car, I wanted to go right back to Burlington Honda. I am a Consumer Report junkie and came prepared with tons of questions about the similarities and differences between the various models, features, packages etc. Kurt Zimmerman was the "lucky" salesman who first spoke to me as I walked into the dealership. From the first hour to the EIGHTH hour of questions, test drives, and interior/exterior comparisons Kurt was professional, warm, friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. My wife and I are both handicapped and we were treated with courtesy and common sense. Doors were held for us, all work was thoroughly explained and the cost quoted was what we paid.
