Was disappointed with my 1st visit/oil change. 2 1/2 hour wait. No courtesy vehicles available and they didn't even wash or vac my car. They cannot put the correct phone number on my file. I have asked multiple times to fix it and they keep putting a different phone number. They leave my car unlocked when sitting in the lot for hours (w I have asked multiple times to fix it and they keep putting a different phone number. Cancelled multiple appointments the day before. Service department has always been rude and condescending except for one woman that I have spoken to. Unable to separate my account with two other people’s account and seems not to believe me when I give them my name. Shows personal information of the person I said I was not multiple times (happened 2 times). Took multiple days to replace a battery that was under warranty (which may have been due to short staffing, however an eta or follow up calls would have been appreciated). Laughed when I told them I could not afford to keep getting Ubers while they were taking approximately 4 days to test the battery. There are some people that are fairly helpful and friendly, however the multiple interactions I have had with certain people will prevent me from going to this dealership ever again. More
