I have been having my Subaru Outbacks, (this is number four) serviced here since 2006, and prefer this dealership over others because of the expert care I get from the service department. Even now, when I have moved out of the area, I always try to coordinate my service when I'm going to be in the area because I don't trust anyone the way I do Justin, the service manager. I get a thorough examination of my car, an honest representation of what really needs to be done, and expert fulfillment and explanations so that I can continue to care for my car in the best way possible. Justin has always made me feel that he cared about my car and wanted to see me keep it in the best shape. This dedication and honesty is hard to come by. If I have any kind of problem I can call him and he will help me understand what's going on and make suggestions about what I need to do hrs hrs to solve it, and or an appointment for coming in. Living in the north country as we do, In a more rural area than others, this particular dealership has a very busy service department with equally satisfied customers. I honestly regard them highly and would always make them my first choice when my car needs service.
