I did a ton of shopping around when my wife and I were searching for our new Toyota Sienna. I called or stopped out to about 6 different Toyota dealerships, and the people at Kasper's were by far the frie searching for our new Toyota Sienna. I called or stopped out to about 6 different Toyota dealerships, and the people at Kasper's were by far the friendliest of all of them, from the first phone call I made to my first service appointment they have been top notch. When I called Brian took his time(about a half hour) to go over in great detail the vehicle so to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for my needs. After it was all said and done we ended up getting a better equipped vehicle and a lifetime warranty as well for the same deal as other dealerships. There was little to no haggling and back and forth games, when it came to numbers they were very straight forward with their pricing. When we came in to pick up our new sienna Brian went over every option of the vehicle and gave us a very detailed tour of the dealership and really made us feel at home. The vehicle was in immaculate condition the best car buying experience i have ever had. I strongly recommend Kasper Toyota and Brian Romell to any one who is looking to buy a Toyota, very top notch group! More

As a showroom shopper and former Toyota owner, I was interested in what the current line-up looked like, and what was the current state of the Certified Pre-Owned program which I had previously used to buy my first Toyota. Although I was a little disappointed in Toyota's styling, the dealership team was attentive and took the time to answer all my questions (and some criticisms, too). Bob King was my ideal car guy--knows the product, knows how to deal, but is willing to give the buyer some time to shop and consider without constantly trying to close the sale; I like a little space and it can be hard to find in a lot of high pressure dealerships who talk financing when you haven't even sat in a car yet. My son was taken by the Scion line but I need a people mover--the Sienna is a great vehicle (still) and the AWD offering is very attractive for a Clevelander. The dealership had a good inventory balance and selection. Although I'm not yet ready to buy (I really like the Volkswagen lineup and style a little bit more right now), I considered my experience at Kasper very favorably and would definately take the drive up Route 2 if this is the way I end up going.
