I was called to see a specific car just in. The price was fair, model and milage was perfect and I wanted the car. The bank would not loan money based only on the year of the car. Going into a business deal as a first time customer of Kasper i felt i would be treated fairly and go away feeling good, this was not the case. Not only did the dealership not work with me, they based their pricing on "hear say" of things they thought were to come, not the actual facts. Its a poor way to do business and and leaves me as the customer feeling like ive been taken advantage of. Working in retail i always want my customers to walk away with a good feeling. I want them to feel like not only have they made a transaction with me, but they have done business with someone who they trust and can feel they can do business with again. More
