Problem with prior repair and time spent waiting. I've been coming here (after buying my new car here in 2008) for all my service, and generally am very satisfied with everything. This time, however, I've been coming here (after buying my new car here in 2008) for all my service, and generally am very satisfied with everything. This time, however, I came in (two days ago) and found that I needed to have my rear (drum) brakes replaced, which was done. I thought that I was hearing a noise from the rear brakes and came back in today to have it checked out. I was told that the new drums were likely "bad" and that they would be replaced. What should have only taken an hour took almost two and a half. Plus, the service person commented that they were unhappy with their supplier, leading me to believe that Toyota is getting less-than-quality parts and putting them in our (customers') cars. This trip was unnecessary and a waste of time. I expect more from Toyota. If I could live with mediocre parts, I could go to any service shop. More

My wife and I live in Cleveland, about an hour away, and with her work schedule the only available time to go to look at the care was close to closing time. No hesitation at all Steve (Sales Manager) told us to come on in. Not only that he briefed Jacob Contreras what we were interested in buying. As soon as we arrived they had the Highlander detailed and ready for a test drive. Jacob was fricken awesome! Super knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered ever question we had, as well as informing us on all the perks with buying from Kasper. The lifetime warranty that Kasper offers was a big selling point. All the staff stayed 2 1/2 hours late to ensure we were happy and confident in our purchase! Thank you all so much for helping out my wife in a great safe new car! Looking forward to bringing our future aliens 👽 (yes children like like weird aliens to me) home in that car! More
