It doesnt take 80 mins to do a tire rotation, this caused me to miss an appointment i had scheduled for an HOUR after my scheduled maintenance at Kasper... Its apparently 'too difficult' for someone to come inside to let you know the progress of things or give you any sort of information. Lemme emphasize again, it DOESNT TAKE 80 MINS FOR A TIRE ROTATION! If the service department cant keep up with the amount of appointments they get, then stop scheduling so many in the same time frame... More

Service Costs Too Expensive - Even With Lifetime Warranty I reside in Galion, OH, and live from paycheck to paycheck, and I just recently lost two jobs within a two month period. I own a 2010 Toyota Camry, wh I reside in Galion, OH, and live from paycheck to paycheck, and I just recently lost two jobs within a two month period. I own a 2010 Toyota Camry, which I purchased at this dealership 6 years ago. Money is really tight within my budget. It's very difficult to afford any of the service offered from a Toyota dealership, even the oil changes or tire rotations, BOTH which I can get done way less elsewhere than the asking price from this dealership. More than 200 dollars plus tax for new brake pads is outrageously high, especially when I can get the same service closer to home for 50 or 60 bucks less than that. Ditto with the 150 bucks plus tax they want for a coolant flush, which I can get for less than 90 bucks if done by an independent local auto service. It used to be a breeze to schedule appointments, which could be done via chatting with someone at the dealership, including a service employee. That option has since been either discontinued or suspended, which is a huge mistake. Nowadays, I have to opt to either text or e-mail a service employee. They don't always respond via these, whereas there was always someone there via chatroom. And my most recent scheduled appointment was more than a hassle. I expected just an oil change, but they expected me to have them replace my brake pads and do a coolant flush - a service that would cost between 500 to 600 bucks - which I simply just cannot afford. I even told the service advisor (who was apparently new) this before they began, but he apparently didn't care about my budget concerns, for he tried to tack on more services to my bill, which I did not even want. They do a fine job, but those prices clean out your bank account. Even with Toyota's Lifetime Warranty, these costs are utter sticker shock. More

We talked about what I needed in a vehicle: gas mileage, how much I drove, in town, highway, in the country, etc., what kind of “bells & whistles” (my words, not hers) do I like &/or need, and my budget. And after looking at several different cars, I got a 2018 Toyota Highlander. I absolutely love it! Alecia made everything so easy, answered ALL of my questions and even helped me move my stuff from my old car to my new Highlander! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new car! More
