Purchased a certified used vehicle We were shopping for an economy vehicle we test drove a 2015 Camry. We went in to talk to them about what price We could get. Huge mistake. The salesman told us that it was one owner that's why it was certified pre owned. The next day looking through the car we found paperwork from an individual showing it had been a rental car. We never would have purchased it know that. It was February and the car had a film over it but the salesman said we will detail it while the paperwork is being done. They kept us so long doing paperwork that it was dark when we drove off. The next day in the light with the film off we found nicks in the car that we hadn't seen. High pressure sales and they don't tell you the truth. Stay away from this place. More

Starting with Bart Watson our salesman who went above and beyond getting us the best deal with extras. A better price than Costco. Bart is not your typical car salesman. He's not pushy or intimidating. Very low key and calm. The time it took to purchase our 4 Runner was less time than doing a load of wash and enjoyable. We wanted a retractable step and over size tires added so we left the car. 2 days later Bart delivered it to us, over 1 hour away then spent 2 hours going through the car with us and explaining everything. I highly recommend Findley Toyota and Bart Watson.. Amanda who works with Bart is also amazing and fun to work with. Josh the finance person was also great to work with. Fantastic service! Driving throught Flagstaff up to Canada for a roadtrip, driving a Lezus RX 350. Best customer service I could find! I went to this dealership after finding a car I liked online. I looked for a car for almost a year and dealt with lots of dealers while looking as wel I went to this dealership after finding a car I liked online. I looked for a car for almost a year and dealt with lots of dealers while looking as well as craigslist sellers. I was very skeptical about coming home with a car and thought the long two hour drive to flagstaff might not be worth it. As soon as I got there I was greeted and told they had my car ready for a test drive. I was helped by Robby Findlay and also Joe Gray both very kind and friendly as well as patient with me. I really liked the car and the price was not bad. I have no credit and only wanted to buy a car for cash, I was sure that they were going to try and make me get a loan and be there for hours. Not the case at all, I came home with my 2011 crossover suv in pristine condition and very little mileage. I could not believe it. :) I am so happy with the service they gave me and how they went out of their way to satisfy me :). Joe Gray even installed my children's car seats in the car for me which was just so kind of him given he didn't have to. Will always buy my cars from them from now on. Highly recommend them best dealership ever after dealing with lots of the other ones here in the valley and let me tell you the drive is so worth it :)! More

Tried to rip me off! To all my friends who live in Flagstaff and anyone who visits there: DO NOT ever go to Findlay Toyota for service on your vehicle. I took my car there for an oil change recently and was told by Alex Salas that I needed all four struts replaced because they were leaking and it would cost me $1,600. I told him no. I was on my way to California two days later and took my car to my son's mechanic in Costa Mesa, CA--a mechanic who used to train mechanics. He checked out my car and said there was nothing wrong with the struts. There were other reasons I was suspicious of what Alex Salas told me and am glad I listened to my gut. Please find a good mechanic and always get a second opinion. More
