All about customer service and sneakiness Well, to start- The owner of this dealership does a ton for charities in Flagstaff and so when it was time for a new ride, Findlay was my first choice Well, to start- The owner of this dealership does a ton for charities in Flagstaff and so when it was time for a new ride, Findlay was my first choice. Gotta support those that support your community. Anyways, went down to the Toyota dealership with the misses to get a new Prius. I drive a ton and it seemed like a good investment. Met with local legend Randy Waites who got me all set up. He said the car would be ready the next day, so we left and planned to return the following day. THEN, he called me and told me that another salesman had sold the car I wanted and that they were trying to find me a new one. I wasn't happy. Two days later, I get home and the car I wanted was in the driveway with a giant bow. Turns out the wife wanted to surprise me and Randy got in on the shenanigans.
