I'm so thankful for his assistance, there was no pressure at all. I had an 8 AM appointment for vehicle service. The vehicle wasn't pulled in until 10 AM. Why? No responsible answer from service department. I guess they don't care. Same terrible service from sales, jotini. Promise anything, deliver less. Then don't return calls or emails. Service is terrible at Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff. Basically, I feel they don't respect the customer. Big shocker. Jotini and Findlay Toyota, all about themselves and profit. More
