They matched the price of a Phoenix dealer with no questions asked and the sales man Art speed us through the paperwork process we were in and out in less then an hour. I paid a fair price and got a beautiful baby blue prius c. BTW this car gets unreal gas millage with a dashboard monitor to help you drive more economically. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in Northern Arizona who is buying a car. More

This was only the second positive experience I've had in decades of car-buying! Harrison Lind was the Internet sales manager, answered all our questions, and from the first conversation seemed genuinely in decades of car-buying! We had to drive to Flagstaff from Scottsdale to see the car and another Internet buyer was hot on the same sale but we were able to do a $500 deposit to hold it for the day, giving us time for a third-party total mechanical inspection. We were delighted with the car and the price was indeed fair (we had done enough shopping around to know that.) Harrison's boss Jon was equally impressive, straight talk, personable, not the usual fake-friendly sales personality. Also a smooth, no-pressure experience with Tim in finance, which is so rarely the case. Overall just a very positive experience. Before we left, they washed the vehicle, changed the oil and filled the gas tank. Nice. More

Mr. Wilson in the finance department was very clear and concise in going over all of the documents and I was very much at ease as we went thru the process. He also kept it very relaxed and professional during the time we spent signing documents. Finally, I was thrilled with the job the outside staff did in having the car detailed and cleaned upon delivery - very presentable and the car looked brand new - even though it was a 2010 Tundra. I was totally amazed at the time they took to make the car look sharp. Overall, it was a great experience and Findlay Toyota Flagstaff has earned our future business. I would have absolutely no hesitation in referring any of my family or friends to the Findlay Toyota Flagstaff team! More
Run from this dealership!!!!! They lie to their customers in order to get sales. (For instance, the no longer in existence tires for life program which my husband and I were totally lied to about.) customers in order to get sales. I was recently at another dealer and found a 2013 Toyota RAV4 complete with XM radio, full navigation, and several other amenities for the price my husband and I paid for a 2012 Toyota RAV4 that does not even have the satellite radio. In talking to the salesman, he commented to me about another customer from my area that discovered a 5000 dollar markup by Findlay. I beleive the markup on our vehicle was just as much. ( A vehicle we were conned into buying when we did not have the MONEY on hand for new tires- they did not keep tires they PROMISED they would hold for us at wholesale because of their initial lie regarding tires for life. (Granted, we accept responsibility for getting caught up in the moment, but they did lie to us multiple times in the process.) There are no words to describe my hatred for this business. My husband and I now own a car that we can not trade in beceause we too upside down due to the markup. For the money, it is not a nice car. I will never set foot in this business again and I hope to God they fold due to their unethical practices. RUN AWAY FROM THESE JACKWAGONS AS FAST AS YOU CAN GO!!!!!!! More

Initially, my sales experience was great. Joe Gray was my sales rep, and he fully fullfilled his obligations of getting us into a car that I wanted, and had gave me GREAT service. It was after the sale t my sales rep, and he fully fullfilled his obligations of getting us into a car that I wanted, and had gave me GREAT service. It was after the sale that things were not so well. It started with my radio, right after purcasing, I realized the CD player was not working, I called they agreeed to fix it under warranty ... except NO ONE would order it ... after waiting nearly a month, I had to call the parts department myself to get the part ordered after several failed attempts through others. When the new radio came in, it was time for my oil change, they put in the new radi, changed the oil and rotated the tires... the tires were off balance... and I had to take it back TWICE to have them balanced correctly. THEN they noticed a rear main seal was leaking (mind you I JUST purchased this car as a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED!!!!) They said they LOST my certification work, and I had to bring it back to have it fixed. After fixing the rear main seal, we noticed ANOTHER leak ... turns out this was the transmission seal... STILL NO CERTIFICATION paperwork!!! They fixed the transmission seal, which took nearly two weeks!!! I find out recently, five months after I bought my car, they NEVER certified it!!!! Luckily I had a friend that works at another dealership that was able to look up this information for me. When I confronted them with this, they decied to purchase me a warranty out of their pocket.... which is what they should of done to begin with!!!! Bottom line is my experience has been horrible, I have never had so much trouble purchasing a car in my life, communication sucks there, no one talks to eachother and the only way to make sure anything got done was to call and make sure myself. Like I said, Joe was great.. I cannot complain about him, but the service department sucks, customer service and communication, and the back end, whoever handles the warranty really dropped the ball. I am very dissapointed in my experience. I wanted to buy local to support the Flagstaff community, but this experience makes me NEVER want to by there again, or recommend anyone else to. More

I recently bought a car from Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff and found them to be very good. They have a good range of inventory on the lot, including new and used cars. I was especially impressed with my sales person, Randy Waites, and I would strongly recommend him. He listened carefully to my needs, showed me several different models over a range of prices and let me test drive each one for comparison. He focused on providing very helpful information and advice without being unnecessarily pushy, and he was quite prepared to spend time answering questions and discussing prices. I took a few days to reach my decision, while I researched the vehicles, and during that time he responded quickly to any questions I sent him by e-mail. When I checked other dealers to check prices for comparable vehicles he also carefully the details on any cars that I was interested in, and made me a better offer. He obviously enjoys working with his customers and ensuring they are comfortable with their choice. I am very happy with the vehicle I bought and with the service Randy provided. I’d very happily go back to him in the future. More
