Of course I would rate it a 5, Excellent. And Mia was terrific. She had adopted a professional approach to send me a text almost everyday letting me know what stage my car was in. It literally made me feel I was in my car all the time the car was being repaired going from one stage to the next until it was ready to deliver the finished product to me, the customer. Senior management needs to know Mia is a real keeper and do not short change her salary. If you lose her, her replacement would guaranteed be a much poorer performer. I am qualified to make this assessment because I was Budget Director for entire Harris. The service department was excellent with handling my vehicle and repairing the recap. Much appreciated. I have to comment that washing the vehicle before returning to the customer would have made this v vehicle and repairing the recap. Much appreciated.
