Fertitta Chevrolet

I have lived in ClearLake for 40 years and purchased my first Chev at Fertitta went well, but after going in for service on 3 occasions have found the service Bad, can't correct the problems, provide bad i first Chev at Fertitta went well, but after going in for service on 3 occasions have found the service Bad, can't correct the problems, provide bad information when making the appointments and the cell phone that responded was for a roofing company but stated it was Fertitta Chevrolet??? Appointment was made with misleading information regarding the cost. The manager hides and doesn't respond when I asked to speak to the manager. Too much frustration in life to pay for service and not receive the service with positive results. I also have an extended service plan from GMC now I wonder if this is going to be bad for future use. More
