After dealing with other horrible dealerships, Kelton at Norman Frede was actually honest and true to his word. Our family have bought several vehicles from Norman Freire Chevrolet but after buying the Chevy Spark and having the last two oil changes; one on the Chevy Silverado truck and now the Spark, my impress Freire Chevrolet but after buying the Chevy Spark and having the last two oil changes; one on the Chevy Silverado truck and now the Spark, my impression is that they are doing us a favor by just coming in. I have been to Monumental Chevrolet and they actually meet and greet you like you are important. Monument offered a great deal on the Spark but because we always shopped @ Norman Freire I bought it there. This last oil change convinced me that I probably need to take my business elsewhere. Our previous Service Writers were super nice. When I arrived at 6:50 for my 7 o’clock oil change, the first thing I was told “We don’t start till 7 o’clock but I’ll go ahead and help you” like he’s doing me a favor. I was sitting in the car and was waiting as I know service does not open till 7. Just really disappointed. More
