Would of gone somewhere else but they were the only one close with the exact one we wanted and once we signed the paper work is when all the pain in the butt rolled in ...WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Worst dealership ever. Lies, deceit, and dishonesty! SCAM Incapable of diagnosing issues with cars. Bought a car a few months ago and had issues on day one when when driving the car home. Told me to come ba Incapable of diagnosing issues with cars. Bought a car a few months ago and had issues on day one when when driving the car home. Told me to come back and they'd fix the issue. They diagnosed the issue as a "loose engine cover" and told me they couldn't turn off the check engine light and I'd have to go the "brand dealer". I brought it into the "Brand Dealer" and they were able to diagnose the issue as a right front cv axle. After relaying this information to the dealership they simply said that "they were disappointed to hear this", and would not be fixing the issue even after I was told they would. Best thing you can do is not buy a car from these people, they lie about inspecting cars before selling them and their checklists are a joke. STAY AWAY, BUY FROM ANYONE BUT THEM. More

The people I am dealing with right now are rude, and downright stupid!! They don’t know the word” customer service”!! They are trying to sell you on making repairs that are not necessary , while in the meantime not taking care of the recalls that KIA advises because they don’t have the parts available even after you make an appointment!! Worse, they don’t even care to notify you that the parts are not in... so.. you just waist your time getting your car there ... for more than 24 hours.. then picking it up... and nothing got done!!!! The world is full of morons!!! I don’t know how these people keep a job!! It’s not acceptable!! My time is valuable!!! Don’t go there there ... More

2014 Kia Sorrento Service I have had the worst experience here. They have had my car for 4.5 months. No calls from them. No information about my car. If I wanted information I I have had the worst experience here. They have had my car for 4.5 months. No calls from them. No information about my car. If I wanted information I had to call them. And when I did call no one would give me any information. The manager Matt S Didint provide the right service. When I asked why this is taking so long the manager Matt S could not give me answer. When I did FINALLY get my car back the engine bay was absolutely filthy. It's like they just hurry up to get it done. Since they have had my car for this long I would except to get back clean. It should not take 4.5 months to replace head gasket. Maybe it should take a couple weeks but 4.5 months isince entirely too long for this. I feel like my car was swept under the rug and forgot about. I'm very UNSATISFIED with the service and will not be going back. I would advise any and all customers to start searching for a new service center before this place has your vehicle for this much time. Helpful? More
Dealt with Chris Rego and Dave Fischer I dealt with Chris initially trying to find a car that my wife would appreciate since she is the one who would be driving the car the most. Chris was very helpful in what she needed and I drove a Kia Sorento home for her to check out. She was happy and she drove the car and spoke to Chris about the car. Chris answered all of her questions and then after a while Dave Fischer spoke to us about the financing. Dave was also very helpful. More
Excellent speedy service Stopped by because one of the key fobs did not work. Chatting with him about my back up camera flicker issue led me to make a service appointment and indeed it was a defective part. They had the part in store, and the warranty covered its replacement. It is not usual to have this level of speedy and satisfactory service in any dealership. High marks for Greg! More

The place is beautiful and well maintained, the staff knowledgeable and accommodating. In particular Dave and Dan went above and beyond any and all expectations for my car buying experience. They made me feel completely at ease with the process and got me a great deal on a beautiful new Soul that I love. I would recommend Dan and Dave at Feldman KIA to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
