The sales manager, Steve, came over and said hello and offered any assistance needed--which was great, but I needed nothing more than his greeting as the service department floored me with their service. My buying experience was also exceptional. The salesman sold me over the phone and we needed a new car that day as our old one had just "died," and we were out of there in a few hours. Very fast and efficient service. Even the receptionist is terrific and always helpful and polite. The parts manager is also polite and efficient. Good overall experience.
