Freindly Service, Family Atmosphere The moment we pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed by Tyler. He showed us around to the used cars, and even printed out a list of their availa The moment we pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed by Tyler. He showed us around to the used cars, and even printed out a list of their available cars in our price range. After very patiently showing us the cars we were interested in (a few even being in the service center) we picked out two to test drive. Tyler was very attentive, and informational, but also very down to earth. We felt really comfortable with the whole experience, which is quite a novelty in car shopping. After deciding on the car we were most interested in, we were still on the fence about really going for it. Tyler and his Managers allowed us to take the car home for a 24 hour "test" to see if it was the absolute right choice. Absolutely worth the drive from far north Dallas to Burleson! We came in the next day, ready to sign the paperwork, and take home our new car for good. Tyler and Kevin made the whole process simple, clear-cut, and easy, even with several options available for financing. We did not feel any pressure to buy what they wanted to sell us, and really felt like we were family. We will definitely tell everyone we know to go see the family at this dealership for a truly refreshing way to buy a car. More

Darrell made sure he was able to work with the finance guys to get our payments where we wanted them. Derrick Mickens got us a box and a bag to put our things in from the old vehicle. I believe his name was Matthew that helped Darrell with our trade and payment requirements and they all succeed in taking care of us!
