Greatest Dealership Ever! This was the most amazing experience ever! I found the car online and e-mailed them about it. They gave me the actual drive out price after taxes and This was the most amazing experience ever! I found the car online and e-mailed them about it. They gave me the actual drive out price after taxes and even gave me an amazing quote on my car I wanted to trade. After driving two and a half hours to the dealership, I expected to be given the normal car dealership treatment, but that was quite the opposite. It took about 30 minutes to finalize all the paperwork after I told them what kind of payment I wanted, and they were super nice and made it happen. This was a shock to me since it took my wife 5+ hours to buy her Jeep in Richardson and having them run back and forth barely working with her. Family Toyota was not this way at all. They were amazing to work with. Michael Boles and Jeff Raim were fantastic! They called me a few days after to check and make sure everything was okay and even gave their personal phone numbers in case I had any questions. I will tell all of my friends and definitely go back once I am ready for a new car. I received the car and price I wanted without all of the nonsense and hassle. More

What a great experience buying my first Toyota!I first spoke with Jeff Raim on the phone about a new Tundra.He was very helpful and knowledgeable and What a great experience buying my first Toyota!I first spoke with Jeff Raim on the phone about a new Tundra.He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.He quoted me prices on a couple of trucks that I was interested in and provided me with all the information I needed. A couple of days later I decided to come down to test drive the 2015 Tundra.Jeff introduced me to Vu Tran.He showed me the options and features on the Tundra and rode shotgun for the test drive.A quick 10 minute ride later and I was hooked!What a great ride! So we go back inside for the not so fun part,negotiating the price of the Tundra,right? Wrong! Jeff could not have been any easier to work with!I've bought vehicles for 38 years and I've never had a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.There was no pressure whatsoever! He worked me up a drive out price in less than 5 minutes. Sold!! I had already done my homework (talking with other dealers) so I was more than happy with the price.Jeff then gave me what I was asking for my old truck and I was able to use it as a trade-in.A short time later I was driving home with a big smile!I love my truck!!
