I recently had an unusual issue with my A/C. Matthew Austin and Collin Baker were relentless to figure out what the issue was. They fixed it and the price was more than fair. After searching online for inventory and a favorably reviewed dealership, I landed at Family Toyota, and I'm extremely glad I did, even though it is about 3 hours from where I live. I noted that several reviews mentioned Trevor George, so I contacted him directly to arrange a look-see. If you want a 5 star sales guy who knows his product and goes the extra mile, Trevor's your guy. He did an excellent job navigating the demo, a trade-in, payment and closing the sale within a little bit of a time crunch. That's how you make sales.
