The best salesman is Jesus Medina. He gave me over 6 hours of his time to get me insurance, approved on a car as a first time buyer and made this experience hassle-free. I had a very poor experience at Family Toyota. My wife and I negotiated a price on a brand new car at the beginning of October and were told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Despite texting the sales My wife and I negotiated a price on a brand new car at the beginning of October and were told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Despite texting the salesman multiple times for updates, he was unresponsive until suddenly telling us the car was ready on October 29th. When we arrived, the car had a different VIN number than what we had purchased, had water spots and dirt in the wheel wells, and had 138 miles on it. When I confronted the salesman, he lied and told us it was the same car. He claimed he had done us a favor by having it brought in from another dealership because our original car was lost. This was a blatant lie - when I pressed the manager for an explanation, he admitted the car was still on the ship and hadn't been unloaded. We felt deceived and decided not to purchase the car. We ended up buying the same car from Schottenkirk Toyota in Granbury, who gave us the same deal and a much better buying experience. The only positive part of the experience was dealing with Brandon in finance, who was very nice and professional. The general manager emailed an apology, but given the lies we were told by two different employees, I have little confidence in the integrity of this dealership. Pros: Brandon in finance was greatCons: Dishonest sales staff, poor communication, deceptive practices More
