We were offered something to drink or eat while we waited momentarily. The dealership is a beautiful facility and everyone was smiling and eager to assist us. We were purchasing a used vehicle and it was detailed immaculately. They had also put lots into making the vehicle a sound and reliable car for sale. The price was right for this year model. We had shopped around and found nothing even close that was as nice as this vehicle and priced right. The car sold itself. Faheem really didn't have much to do except fill out the paperwork for us. He was great, encouraging, and no pressure! This is how car sales ought to be. No hassle, no guesswork, nothing hidden. I will look there first in the future for vehicle needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! More

They put up with us, with a smile. We went to Burleson because they had the color car we wanted. My wife really wanted the heated seats which were only available in the sport model ( wh We went to Burleson because they had the color car we wanted. My wife really wanted the heated seats which were only available in the sport model ( which I wasn't crazy about) and higher end cars . In talking to Sierra Mickens about this, she informed us that they would be willing to install the heated seats in the Camry LX model which I was really looking for. No other dealership gave us this option. When it came to pricing, I'll have to say that the everybody there, gave us what we asked for, in the end. Sierra was so bold as to chase us down in the parking lot, after we had given up on getting what we wanted. She asked us to come back in and they would give it one more try to give us the price we wanted.She brought up several cars to make sure it was exactly the one we wanted, style and color. Needless to say I'm writing this review because I left with a new car. Would highly recommend Sierra Mickens and the dealership on a whole if your looking for a Toyota. Thanks to everybody involved. A solid 4.8 out of five stars Purchase Day: Our sales guy was Richard Creek, Awesome! He was so busy and bent over backwards to accomplish our purchase in a timely manner. I think they need additional people to help in final out the door prep. Our finance guy was Omar Eljazouli, I understand the need to sell the warranty but felt there was a hint of the rehearsed company speech and guilt after not purchasing that I would change. Return for Tint: I returned a week later to get tint done by Terry, he was very nice and did a great job. When I drove up to the Service intake area everybody was very nice, fast and helpful especially Dolores Salazar who kept tabs on me and my car! After my tint my salesman Richard noticed my car needed washing and took it himself and washed and dried it! Call: My husband called about 3 days after purchase to inquire if we could purchase running boards from them at the same price another area Toyota Dealership was willing to sell them for, he spoke with Derrick Mickens. Derrick was very nice during our purchase but during this phone call didn't seem to have either the time or desire to find out if they would match the price, his reply was that we'd have to ask the parts department, and that was the end of the call. We ended up buying the running boards from a California Toyota dealership for half the price of our local dealers. Overall we were pleased with our buying experience, we felt like we got a fair price on our new vehicle and loved our salesman Richard Creek!!! More

She was very pleasant and friendly as well. Derrick, the floor sales mgr greeted us with some iced coffee from Starbucks, and made us feel right at home. He offered his services to us and said Cody is the man to buy a vehicle from. This dealership has the perfect name, Family Toyota of Burleson. They all work together as a family and treat you, the customer, as if you are part of their family. The building is new and clean and the awesome mural you see as you walk in the front door is very unique. More
