We contacted this dealership via the internet and received a call immediately asking what vehicle we were interested in and what we wanted on that vehicle. Within a few minutes I received an email detailing what was available and a price....a GOOD price! I cannot say enough about our salesman, Adam Ramsey. My husband and I are 70 and we could not have worked with anyone who could have serviced us better. Not only did we make a deal, but had a few laughs making it. Adam was patient, professional and efficient in our car purchasing process. The entire office and staff were very professional and friendly. Stress free new car purchase Sergio was the most patient salesman every. It was a 2 week process but I got the car I wanted at the price I needed. I wouldn't expect the patience for 2 weeks and there was no pressure to come back in and he was aware that I was comparing it to another vehicle. I even miss an appointment I set up but he just said take my time. Everything about the car and the option by the trim levels was explained and shown to me. I had questions about options on financing and they were clearly explained before I even got to the financing person.There was no point where I felt like I was being pressured to buy, I even took the car home overnight to think about it. I can say my experience was stress free from them. This is also the friendliest dealership I have ever been into, no one walked by you without greeting you even when I was just waiting in the lobby. I would highly recommend this dealership and I'll be back for the trade in. More

Great Experience.. Actually a fun experience I helped my son buy his first new car this weekend and was pleasantly surprised that the experience was easy and fun (yes it really was fun.) I cant say enough about their professional attitude and commitment to making sure my son was able to purchase the exact car he was look for. Christian worked with us and even though my son was excited to be looking for his new car, he was patient and went over the features with my son, while answering my questions. Once my son drove the car and decided on the color, we agreed on a fair price and the deal was done in 10 minutes. Actually spent more time signing the loan documents. The Finance Dept went the extra mile in getting a rate lower than I expected and found a rebate that we hadn't known about... I know their job is to sell cars, but the people at Family Toyota were truly helpful and made sure we were happy with the car purchase experience. Right car, Right price, Great experience.. In my most recent visit, I came to have a punctured tire patched. I was greeted quickly upon driving in and even recognized by the new technician from another dealership due to an incident months before. Whether or not this work was covered by my ToyotaCare deal, I wasn't charged a cent for the fix and didn't have to wait very long at all for them to finish - probably no more than 40 minutes. I was thanked for my business and went on my merry way satisfied. I believe they're really doing something right here. More
