Oil change and recalls My wait time was incredible. I was accustomed to long waits that i didnt believe it when I got the call saying my vehicle was ready. The dealership ownership was being transferred and I had difficulty finding a working phone number to make a reservation. Why do you make it so hard to give a compliment to dealer staff? I will never again go through this excruciating process of providing all this information just to do so. And just the time I think I'm finished, up pops another window wanting more information. Do you really think people are patient enough to go through this. I suppose only the complainers are. More
