If you're limited on Time I just recently learned that Family Toyota had opened in Arlington. I was so excited! I purchased my vehicle in Burleson, but it was too difficult to I just recently learned that Family Toyota had opened in Arlington. I was so excited! I purchased my vehicle in Burleson, but it was too difficult to get out for the routine service. Having limited days of and limited time frames, makes scheduling difficult. I was able to schedule my service appointment on-line Wednesday for Friday morning. I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was promptly met and greeted by a service advisor. My car was being taken care of within minutes. The advisor was a great communicator keeping me informed and letting me know what was going on and the time frame. I so appreciate that. My service was done and I was on my way in the time it took me to finish my Venti Caramel Macchiato that i picked up on the way. Great location, great view of AT&T stadium. Nice facilities. Great waiting area, but there was such a nice breeze, I decided to stay outside. I saw the same attention paid to the other customers who arrived for service. I couldn't be more thrilled to have Family Toyota of Arlington so close! Just like the Burleson location, their staff is super friendly, super attentive, and super helpful. It is that kind of attention to detail that hooked me on Family Toyota in the first place and I have not been disappointed!
