He asked me what options I wanted on the Camry and the price I wanted to spend and worked with me without pressuring or pushing me into something else. He and the dealership get a 5 + star rating from me. Will recommend him to my family and friends. More

Hard working, honest, service oriented and a nice guy! Those are the words to describe Cristian and the overall attitude of the dealership. I have never written a review for a dealership or a used car salesman, until now! Usually it is hard to find a good word to say about used car salesman, that is because you haven't met Cristian or the sales professionals at this dealership. We had a small issue after the sale and Cristian and the dealership took care of it ASAP at no cost. I know from first hand knowledge that kind of "whatever it takes to make the customer happy" is VERY rare at a used car dealership. Cristian and Family Toyota are very rare and worth the trip! Take my word for it, if they have the car, you will be happy to buy it from them and be happy with the service after the sale. If you are looking, go out of your way to check Cristian and Family Toyota a try, I think you'll be very happy! More
Quick Service- short wait, good price Although recently changing ownership, this dealer honored a coupon I had received in mail from previous owner, Auto Nation. Service Rep Robin offered Although recently changing ownership, this dealer honored a coupon I had received in mail from previous owner, Auto Nation. Service Rep Robin offered to wash car even before I asked. The wait was also not as long as I had expected. Overall good experience. More

Stolen Car - A Two Car Deal - Rockstars Our 2004 Acura RSX Type S was stolen from our driveway while we slept on the morning of July 4th. We immediately started reviewing Carguru, Autotr Our 2004 Acura RSX Type S was stolen from our driveway while we slept on the morning of July 4th. We immediately started reviewing Carguru, Autotrader, Carmax and local dealerships for reliable vehicles with a bit of aggressive performance and some ability to do the occasional Lowe's or County Dump run. We needed two vehicles as our other car was a 2002 and there was no way I was going to get something new (new to us maybe not 2016) without upgrading The Missus. We whittled down the list to Acura, Honda, Ford and Toyota. We priced the offerings within 500 miles and fine tuned the list of people to see vs time vs budget vs the vehicles. At the end Carmax and Toyota remained. We put out our perfect vehicle build on Truecar.com and waited. We spoke to the responders and one of them stood out from the rest for three reasons. 1. Toyota of Burleson had taken over Autonation in Arlington near Wet-N-Wild. New dealership, end of the month, building a business - these guys are hanging out in the old Used Car lot building. I figured there might be some latitude in the negotiations in a place like that. 2. I spoke with Adam Ramsey the Internet Sales associate. I immediately sensed he was mostly harmless, he answered questions in a transparent manner, seemed chiefly concerned with our plight and earnestly excited about what they had on the lot for us to see. I immediately liked him. Plus he has a beard which everyone knows makes him super trustworthy. 3. The third reason we went there was due to the excellent selection of 2012 Ford F150's they had on the lot in great condition, most with the Coyote engine and under $25k. Any dealership willing to put the best selling truck on Earth on their lot in direct competition with their trucks, shows alot of confidence in what they represent, but also shows they know that many of us really like an F150 V8. Its practical and interesting to say the least. Rick worked hard with us, driving at least 6 cars and trucks between Friday and Saturday. We had an Audi A6 to trade and they immediately accomplished a no-charge appraisal which we felt was close to cash value; wanted more for it though - who doesn't (it had 214,000 miles on it :-). He did a first pencil deal with us the same day and we went home to consider. There was no pressure and no upsell; just straight math. We had a very strict budget requirement and needed two cars. Rick enlisted Mark Moseley to assist with a lease option to reduce our monthly cost and to more closely look at the cars we liked and find the ones on the lot that had the most incentives and correct options to fit our needs. Mark worked up a second pencil offer and we were sent off to consider further. Again, no pressure, just the math. During that week we went to Carmax for another car appraisal and to see the cars that I had selected the week before. We asked for a couple of transfers to drive the cars we liked and they could not produce the cars - may be up to seven days for a local transfer which did not meet our schedule. They are no haggle prices and I felt the prices were high. Negotiating is a fact of life and we do it everyday. For some it may be perfect, but I prefer to reach a reasonable agreement on a price after consideration of all the variables. It's an interesting process. IMO the no haggle was not agreeable or satisfying to me. I do not feel like I earned my ride. Carmax was a fail. We finally settled on a Tacoma in Magnetic Grey on Black 2WD 4 Door, tow package, Entune Audio. The Missus earned a Camry SE Black on Charcoal with a sunroof and a list of built in electronics that I had never thought existed. New cars are filled with tech. Matt Ramsey created our final deal and went over the agreement line by line, explaining every single item, what it is, why it is there, etc. I don't think I have ever had a document more completely reviewed. So we started with Adam and ended with Adam. It is a team environment and everyone works together really well. We went down the hall to financing and worked with Leon the Title guy and Joey "Rockstar" Derosiers on our financing, titles, coverage options, gap insurance, etc. Smooth process but as usual, that end of the hall generates alot of paperwork. It was a ~$50,000 dollar deal, so there is going to be some docs to sign. All good and no surprises. Again, the gents were transparent, no BS, math was good. They actually beat my credit union financing that I came prepared with. The final person we would like to thank is the one that holds that office down - Tiffanie Wiggins. She keeps everyone organized, controls the highlighter and Sharpies so the Sales peeps don't accidently do something dumb with them and gets people where they need to go. When you go in, you see the happy, nice lady first, then a Sales Associate. Never had a chance to sit. Walk in, get busy. No wasted time. We only do this every dozen or so years; this is our 3rd pair of cars and so far, the best experience we have ever had. If you gotta get some cars, check out the Family in Arlington. I think they will be doing a grand opening middle of August, that might be a good time to get a deal done on a 2016. I think 2017's were rolling in.
