My repair was accomplished by the service department including Lou, Mike, and many others. When the repair took longer, I was given a brand new car as a loaner...for several days...for free! Tremendous including Lou, Mike, and many others. When the repair took longer, I was given a brand new car as a loaner...for several days...for free! Tremendous service and honor at KIA St Augustine! Lou called me regularly with an update. When the repairs were done, I gave donuts to the sales people (I used their customer lounge for my office for a day!) and the service people (twice!) because there was nothing they couldn't help, offer or educate me about the repairs. Congrats KIA! More

They make appointments and don't keep them, You have to wait ridiculous amount of time even for an oil change. Appointment 8am oil change not done until 10am. They also try to sell you various repairs, not needed. I've been a mechanic for over 40 years and know if my car needs a 4 wheel alignment or not. Doesn't need one all. All four tires are wearing perfectly. Another outrageous charge is, $9 for shop supplies. What supplies for an oil change?????? Only thing I will get done at Family KIA is items under the warranty!!!!!!!!! More
