I'm an ideal customer, have good credit and make good money. Four credit checks were processed against my credit by Family Kia. And I didn't appreciate that. I only wanted one drawn. Additionally, I was very clear about the terms that I wanted and it was a little bit of a hassle to get exactly the financing package that I wanted. Overall, I'm pleased with the used car. However, the very next day after we bought it. The battery died. I took it to a shop and the battery was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. I spent an additional $300 to replace the battery. This was after I had paid an additional $2,000 fee something about them getting it roadworthy or ready. The $2,000 was on top of the price of the vehicle advertised online. You would think that this additional "getting it roadworthy fee" would include a good working battery. More
