Most recently, I had an issue in which my vehicle was consuming an abnormal amount of oil. Mike Majchrowic explained the process of doing oil consumption tests every 1000 miles and kept me informed of what was happening. In the end, Mike worked with the folks at Hyundai corporate to have my engine replaced. Mike is always great to work with and is a great example of what Family Hyundai customer service is all about.
