When writing up my request for oil change and tire rotation he pointed out that there was a recall on my car's cabin temperature gauge. Great service!! More

Routine oil/filter servive In for just a scheduled interval oil / filter service. All went quickly, my free inspection review showed "all good" and my car was washed and dried. Had a bit of bagel and coffee and read my novel while waiting in the comfortable area provided. While this is number 1 oil change (last one was free)It's nice that Family will make my third oil change FREE, so one to go! Thank you Family Hyundai Service for all you do. Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) but everything since June has been wonderful!! Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I knew every third oil change was free but the initial change being free was a pleasant surprise! They even gave the car a nice wash and topped off all the fluids in a timely manner. Colin was very friendly and pleasant to work with! Every encounter I’ve had with Family Hyundai so far has been wonderful and I am so happy with my first car purchase and decision to go to FH!! More
