Unsatisfactory I felt like I was being railroaded into buying a new vehicle. I was told that my car needed a new engine and was not shown a diagnostic report or not I felt like I was being railroaded into buying a new vehicle. I don't trust this dealership any longer and will never purchase another vehicle there. I used the service department at this dealership for years to service my previous car which I had for 13 years and at that time the service was good, but something has changed there. More

He cares about his customers and that is why we keep coming back. I also want to make special mention of Al Pellizzeri. Al deals with the aftermarket products at this dealership. He sold me the paint protector among other add-ons and they have all paid off. This is a 2009 Genesis. The paint looks as good today as it did when we first bought the car and we have never waxed it. I would recommend this to anyone buying a new car. More
