Not a good experience at all I went into Family Hyundai with my 21 year old daughter to buy her first car of her own. She very quickly found a car that she fell in love with and s I went into Family Hyundai with my 21 year old daughter to buy her first car of her own. She very quickly found a car that she fell in love with and sat down at the desk with Nassem.After a minute or so he left to do something more important, The next guy was nice and then another trainie sat in to watch over, After my daughter filled out the credit app.Nassem came and took the keys off the desk in front of my daughter and said the car is sold to someone else. Nassem tried to tell us they have lots of cars just like that one and tried to tell my daughter a brown car was white to try to talk here into something she didnt want.Needless to say we left very unhappy about our experience. At least could laugh at the fact he thought we would beleive a brown car was white. No thanks. More

Did notice the next day there were scratches on the hood. The dealership was able to take care of it without any hassle. I would recommend this dealer to other friends and family members. More
