The Service Manager is Very Rude and Ignorant! I received a loaner car due some issues on my car. The loaner car I had my mom drop off on time. She had to drop it off because I am on bed rest and I received a loaner car due some issues on my car. The loaner car I had my mom drop off on time. She had to drop it off because I am on bed rest and cannot drive any vehicle which the service guy Phil knew. I wish that Phil would've communicated with his coworker better than he did. A day after I returned the loaner car the service manager called me yelling and using profane language accusing me of stealing the loaner car that was returned. He then continued yelling at me and threatened to have my car towed. After that he hung up on me. I will definitely be looking for another dealership to do business with in the future. I would advise anyone looking for a car to go elsewhere. Customer service is not the same anymore! More

Who I've never seen before, from the start I didn't like the attitude he seemed to have with me. I felt very belittled my him and I honestly didn't trust him to help me with vehicles service. I've been to this dealer many times and had no problem but this particular time was different. Mike underestimated my knowledge in the automotive field which frustrated me because I'm a female, it felt likened expected me to be dumb. I will return but I won't work with this employee again. I can't remember everyone's name but my entire team was friendly from the guy that finalized the numbers for me, the person sign I signed they tire and oil change agreement with and even the finance guy at the end that had me signing my life away lol. More
