Today I purchased my 2nd Crosstrek. Love Subaru cars. They are the best. My experience today was exciting and easy. Luis was so friendly and helpful. Today, 1/5/21, I left my third message to schedule service. No response. Is this location still open. My first two calls I left a message for Kim, who was identified as the Director of communicatio service. No response. Is this location still open. My first two calls I left a message for Kim, who was identified as the Director of communications. How ironic. Today I called and left a message on an unknown number that I was referred to. Then I tried to communicate with Subaru USA. Their email system is designed to reject all but the most desperate customer. The final roadblock was they required the 17 digit VIN number. Then I tried calling and was automatically connected in Spanish. I give up. I think they should have their highly effective ad agency take over customer service. Charley Bensley Vallejo More

I brought my Subaru in for recall work over a month ago and somehow the fuel gauge got messed up and no longer reads accurately... I have been a very loyal Subaru owner for many years (owned 7 vehicles of various models). I bought two of my most recent vehicles from Farifield Subaru, and other family members have also purchased vehicles from Fairfield Subaru based on my feedback. The sales aspect has been one of the most pleasant experience I have dealt with compared to other dealers. Where I live there are two other Subaru dealers that are much closer than Fairfield. I exclusively have my vehicles serviced at Fairfield because of the customer service, even though the drive is 1.5 hours one way plus traffic (very worth it). Many of the employees know me and my family from many visits over the years. I have had a couple of service concerns, but the service manager fixed things in a prompt manor while finding resolutions. Recently, I had to take my vehicle in for a recall that I wanted to get fixed incase Covid-19 caused stricter working restrictions for businesses. Without boring you, another issue was found while inspecting for the recall. Ana from service explained everything and had me in a complimentary loaner car, so I did not have to wait while the recall and the other issue was fixed. Ana followed up and updated me via text followed by a phone call. Ana was so awesome that I immediately scheduled my other vehicle for a service right after I picked up the first vehicle. When my other vehicle was in for service Ana was able to work with their master tech to diagnose and fix a tricky problem. There are usually to sides to a story when you read negative reviews online. Be sure to also examine good reviews while focusing on great employees like Ana. I only have praise for Ana. I really appreciate how the owner is very proud to support first responders and military personnel. More

Car purchase paperwork fraudulent Bought a used car back on march 2019 and I told that I would permanent license plate within 90 days . It's been more then 90 days I still didnt recieve my license plates and what pisses me off is that I have been trying to get hold of them from past 3 days and everytime I have been getting ignored by them either they will promise to xskl back which so far they havent or it will get transfers to voicemail. I ended up going to dmv so ser they can resolve the issue but they told me they wont be able to help beacuse the paperwork is not under my name. They gave me contact info for their investigation department and told me to file a complaint for paperwork fraudulent. I just hired a lawyer today so let's see how it goes. More
