Mr. Daniel, As of yesterday, we had every intention of resolving your concerns as per our conversation with the other vehicle owner, Ms. Walker. Unfortunately, you chose to come in later and became verbally belligerent with our management staff and other customers on our showroom floor, including your choice to use inappropriate language and racial slurs with our staff. We do not tolerate behavior of this kind from anyone, including our customers. Therefore, your actions directly resulted in our decision and our right as a business, to refuse to provide any further services to you or Ms. Walker. We encourage you to use better behavior in your future dealings with businesses and staff members as most of them are simply trying to do their best. Good luck to you
