They both were superb in their friendliness, knowledge and consideration of my needs. No high pressure and allowed me to drive, look and experience the new cars and make a decision. They made sure I was completely satisfied and I left with a full tank of gas, and all names and numbers of people I would need to contact if I needed any help with my new car. They also made sure I knew al about the car before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommed this dealiship. Donna More
Great Dealership My husband and I went in to look at the Hybrid, but drove away in the new Outback. We never thought we would own a Subaru, but fell in love with this Outback. He drives almost 200 miles a day 5 days a week so he needed something that got good MPG, was roomy (he is 6'3") and had great creature comforts. Our experience was exceptional we didn't feel that awful sharky pressure found at so many other dealers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. I say ignore the stigma attached to this brand and break through the barriers, it really won't change who you are. :) More
My experience with this dealership was not good and I would never go back there. Our initial contact was fine while test driving, seemed friendly enough, that was until we decided to purchase from anoth would never go back there. Our initial contact was fine while test driving, seemed friendly enough, that was until we decided to purchase from another dealership. Sort of like a spoiled child that didn't get his way! I don't want to give out this salespersons name out of courtesy but after telling him that we were buying from another dealership I received a very rude and nasty email stating that I had just missed out on getting an incentive price of $4,000 below invoice. Hmmmmm, well, no, I would rather pay the $4,000 more and work with a salesman with some integrity. Sorry! Gee, do you think that deal would have materialized had I returned to their dealership? I think not! Would never step foot on their lot again. More
They offer prices on the phone and in person that they never intend to honor them. Here's my story: I initially found Jay to be polite and responsive. Once he realized that I was leaning towards another car from another dealership, he quoted a very competitive price to "have my business." Several times I asked for conformation before driving hour and a half to Fairfield Subaru. Once I got there, the offer had increased by $375 after I got to the dealership. He offered to drop the price by $100 after I walked away. He tried to pursued me by saying "you don't want to waist another day searching for another car." Needless to say he didn't get my business.
