My first two calls I left a message for Kim, who was identified as the Director of communicatio service. No response. Is this location still open. Then I tried to communicate with Subaru USA. Their email system is designed to reject all but the most desperate customer. The final roadblock was they required the 17 digit VIN number. I brought my Subaru in for recall work over a month ago and somehow the fuel gauge got messed up and no longer reads accurately...
