Great I was experiencing major vibration on the highway with my 2013 ford taurus. For some reason non of the local shops could figure out why my car was sha I was experiencing major vibration on the highway with my 2013 ford taurus. For some reason non of the local shops could figure out why my car was shaking at high speed. Following the recommendations of 3 different shops, I replaced a wheel bearing, two new axels, new tires, tire balance and alignment over the coarse of two months; nothing seemed to fix the problem. I was tired of throwing money away, this is when I took my car to Joe at Ford within a day he found my bumper was loose. He repaired the bumper and now I am on the road a very happy customer. More

Part wasn't in I received a letter for a recall on an air bag. Scheduled an appointment, was there on scheduled, dropped off car and before I returned home received I received a letter for a recall on an air bag. Not good communication between Parts and Service Writer. Joe was great, it wasn't his fault. More
