The worst technician efficiency A tech from this location suggested me to go up north (Northern State) to get my truck fixed since down here we don't have snow. The problem was with A tech from this location suggested me to go up north (Northern State) to get my truck fixed since down here we don't have snow. The problem was with the doors latch were frizzing on cold temperatures. One morning at 5:30am the doors weren't locking. brought it in to be checked out at, that's when the tech guy Chris told me to go some where up north where there is snow so they can it fixed or bring the truck when is actually having the problem, in Florida at 6am its 50º and at 7am 70º , the service dept. opens at 7; when exactly they want me to bring the truck by?. 2 Years ago, I purchased another truck, after a week or so; I, notice a huge amount of eroded parts under the seats and console. When I brought it in to be assessed, Chris told me that all the trucks had the same amount of rust and that there is nothing they could do about it. After I contacted Ford Corporate office the truck was fixed. This people will not move a finger to help you out. I have left voice mails and no one ever returned my phone calls. More
