Omar and technician, Mike, are great. They had the job of tracing down and repairing a rough running engine problem. This place does not care about you after you purchase a vehicle. I purchased a GOLD certified pre owned vehicle. Test drive went good with the salesman and the guy that did all the finance paper work was v vehicle. I purchased a GOLD certified pre owned vehicle. Test drive went good with the salesman and the guy that did all the finance paper work was very nice.. upon actually getting the keys and paper work to leave i noticed the tail light had a hole in the lense like it was backed into something. I let the salesman know and he brought it to the attention of the sales manager who told me he would get it fixed , i told him i live three hours away and if you could just ship the part to me that would be great and he agreed to ship it out the next day. That next day would be Decmeber 19 (1 day after i purchased the vehicle). So i waited about a week and decicded to give them a call. I was told that the lady that handles that stuff is not here today and to call back tomorrow. Once i did get ahold of this person in charge the nighmare began. Jean was the lady in charge over the next 3 MONTHS i was lied to multipuile time being told that it was shipped out to me. at about a month and a half into this i recieve a box from them. This box had the WRONG taillight for a truck that was not even the same year or model. So i called back Jean as was told they would get it figured out.. so fast forward about a week she tells me when i call back that the correct taillight was shipped as well as a return label for the incorrect part. After another week we call to see where this taillight is and they decided to tell me that now they want the incorrect part back and that i needed to come in the the dealership now to get the correct one installed as it is a safety issue. Mind you i was told the day i purchased the vehicle that it would be shipped... so after fighting to get them to ship it i agree to send them they incorrect part back BEFORE they would ship the correct one.. so there mistake caused me to have to wait longer. Once i shipped the incorrect part back i was assured by Daniel the sales Mangager that mine would be shipped. I was told all i had to do was drop it off at UPS and once they seen it was moving back to them they would ship it that day.. i sent it to them on a Friday and then was told they shipped the correct one. Well monday comes around and my wife decided to call them as at this point i didnt not have any more patience left to talk to them, my wife was told that the part that they were going to ship me is also broken and a new one needed to be ordered, As we are now on month 3 of waiting for just a taillight we get a call from our credit union stating that the dealership never completed the required DMV paperwork for me to get new plates and tags so thats just another great thing they did.. so finally after 3 months i received a taillight, after having to replace the bulb every week because the tailight would fill with water from the rain.... safe to say i will never do buisiness here again and i hope no one else has to deal with the constant lies that Jean and this place spit out. On top of all that it looks like they lied on the CARFAX making an edit saying that all 4 tires had been replaced, when infact 2 tires where the orginal tires and date code from before the truck was made... Got to love a dealership that doesnt care about you after the cashed the check you gave them. More
Initial contact was not good. I called, went through numerous menu options before getting any response. From a robot. Usual song and dance about how important I was and for me to leave a number for a callback - which never came over the next two days. That’s why I only gave them 4 stars. The next time I called them I got a human first try, got a convenient appointment and took the car in for a recall & service the next day. My service agent Omar was great and my car was in and out in 45 minutes. Chalking first impression up to bad timing or something but everything else was very efficient. More
