I would have given it a 5, but there is loud, pounding music in the showroom. Had I not had an appointment to buy out my lease, and started with the salesman, I would have gone elsewhere for that reason a music in the showroom. I was in an office, but was still subjected to about 2 hours of that music. It was only because I was in an office and the music was more subdued that the sounds were somewhat acceptable. The employees were very good, but I was told that the new management is determined to keep the loud music on despite complaints about the music that were made to it. Management therefore lost me as a future, long-term customer. More
My advisor Jose Alarcan was extremely professional and courteous He walked me through the work that would be done, and was pretty spot on on in the time it would take. Jose Alarcan then came out to let me know the work was completed, and told me to take my time to check out with him. He then reviewed the work done and asked if I had any more questions are concerns.
