By far the worst experience we've had at a dealership for repairs. The service rep displayed very poor customer service, contact was at a bare minimum, poor communication, inability to call dealership direct repairs. The service rep displayed very poor customer service, contact was at a bare minimum, poor communication, inability to call dealership directly due to their poor phone systems and no availability from reps to answer the phone. Our insurance company as well as Ford itself could not get in touch with this dealership. Parts where I'm back order for over 2 months we were given a time frame of early June it ended up being at the end of June. After receiving our truck back within 48 hours there's another issue which was in the direct path of the repairs that were performed. At this point we are taking our truck from the service department to another dealership to have the repairs performed as we just don't trust this dealership whatsoever. They have cause an enormous amount of stress and have a revolving door with their service managers as well. I would not recommend this dealership whatsoever More
