By far the worst experience we've had at a dealership for repairs. The service rep displayed very poor customer service, contact was at a bare minimum, poor communication, inability to call dealership direct repairs. The service rep displayed very poor customer service, contact was at a bare minimum, poor communication, inability to call dealership directly due to their poor phone systems and no availability from reps to answer the phone. Our insurance company as well as Ford itself could not get in touch with this dealership. Parts where I'm back order for over 2 months we were given a time frame of early June it ended up being at the end of June. After receiving our truck back within 48 hours there's another issue which was in the direct path of the repairs that were performed. At this point we are taking our truck from the service department to another dealership to have the repairs performed as we just don't trust this dealership whatsoever. They have cause an enormous amount of stress and have a revolving door with their service managers as well. I would not recommend this dealership whatsoever More

Overall, bad experience. I was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I told the guy I would wait In the lobby for my car. 4 hours later when I texted the number about my app I was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I told the guy I would wait In the lobby for my car. 4 hours later when I texted the number about my appointment he calls. Said he “tried” calling me 3 times when my car was ready but once I texted the service number the call “ went through”. He billed me out and I figured nothing was wrong with my car. Apparently, one of my lug nuts was swollen and they didn't rotate the tires, I found out once I got home when I read the paperwork. What a joke of a place. Finally, I waited another 10 minutes, and three people asked me about my car to get them to pull it up. This business is a joke I heard other people in the lobby complaining about their service. The only reason I came here is because the Ventura store closed down. I will have to rethink about coming here again. More

I’m just glad to have to have a Ford dealer in my neighborhood. I got concerned when Ford started consolidating dealerships, and closing down locations. No complaints with Envision Ford of Oxnard.
