You kept the car the entire day but didn't fix anything at all. A simple replacement of the windshield washer nozzles would be appropriate but all you did was stick a pin in the nozzles, which is what we at all. This was my 1st visit to Envision Ford of Oxnard. Called after hours and followed up with a call the following Monday morning and made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met & greeted by the very friendly and professional service advisor, Omar. Service Advisor Omar invited me to have a seat and offered the available refreshments. He later returned with the service paperwork and the service work began :-) Car seems to be running Much Better and I'm very satisfied. More
