I'm amending my original rating. I have emailed 3 people trying to get things not provided to me when I purchased my car....zero response. Taken care of with a minimum time to get my truck in the door. All the work was done on time with no hassle and my service writer could not have been better. Johnny was great. Very professional and the service was prompt and completed when he said it would be. Salesman and sales manager were great with answering questions through text and phone calls to make the process easier when i finally came into the dealer. I went here for a service appointment which I thought my warranty would cover. It took them a week to diagnose the issue after only saying that it would take one-two days. Then, when I finally hear back abo warranty would cover. It took them a week to diagnose the issue after only saying that it would take one-two days. Then, when I finally hear back about what was wrong, he forgot that I had a warranty. This took an additional two days of figuring out if the warranty would cover it. Then, it took me 3 more weeks until I got my car back. In total, I was without a car for 5 weeks and they did nothing to help with that. No loaner vehicle/courtesy vehicle, no discount beyond the discount I was already getting for the diagnosis to take a week, and very minimal communication with my service advisor. Sometimes would take him days to respond or multiple messages. Every time I called, I would be sent to his voicemail box that was full. I also called to speak with a supervisor and left a message for them on two consecutive days and never heard back. Overall, a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone looking for timely, affordable service. More
