The service department needs some serious re-vamp. My last oil change took four hours, I had a 7:00am appointment, was there before gates were open & four hours later, got my car back. Today 9-7-202 My last oil change took four hours, I had a 7:00am appointment, was there before gates were open & four hours later, got my car back. Today 9-7-2023 oil change took 1 1/2 hours, much better but my service advisor failed to go over mechanics notes, most importantly that my brake pads were in really bad condition, oil leaks as well. If I hadn’t actually read paperwork I never would’ve known. Kinda important information not to relay to customer??? More

Brian in service assisted me from start to finish. He made sure while my vehicle was being worked on I understood every step as well as making sure I had a shuttle to get home. Ricky was person that d He made sure while my vehicle was being worked on I understood every step as well as making sure I had a shuttle to get home. Ricky was person that drove me home in the shuttle was EXTREMELY kind and comforting reassuring me Ford would be able to take care of me. Ricky had wide range of knowledge answering all my questions it felt as though had years of experience. Before my experience with these two employees my mind had been made up that service from the dealership is only ridiculously over priced. Between Brian from service and my shuttle driver Ricky my entire mindset has hit the reset button and my perception has changed. What could have been a stressful time I was simply blown away by level of exceptional customer service I received from these 2 employees. Thanks to these 2 employees specifically I've never had a better experience while getting my car service. I don't see myself going any where else in the future. Thank you! More
