They did not have the car on the lot I wanted but my sales gal Renee Law worked diligently to find the perfect 2017 Nissan Maxima SV with Deep Blue Pearl exterior and charcoal grey leather interior. Walter Poole there set up financing for me with a low 3.69% interest rate. They pulled it off the rental fleet for me and I paid about $10,000 less than I would have paid if I had bought one off of a new car lot. It is a certified car and I still have what is left of the manufacturer's warrantee plus a 12 month/12,000 mile dealership warrantee. More

As usual I went to the dealerships and even some of the used car lots and I was reminded of everything I disliked about the process of buying a car. The sales people for the most part didn't know their product at the dealerships which shocked me. A used car lot it is understandable since they are selling all brands and models but I would expect more from a dealer ship. I met and spoke with no less that 8 different sales people who promised me to do one of 2 things find me the car that would fit my needs (which I knew would not happen right away and/or email me the approx monthly payments on a vehicle they had in stock. 6 of these sales people failed at this by over promising and under delivering. Until I found Rich Herrera at Enterprise! Here I was speaking with an informed professional who not only did what he said he would but handled my change of mind on the model with ease! I can't say enough about the professionalism Rich portrayed in working with me. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to take a look at Enterprise. You should know they auction off the cars that don't meet their standards and only sell the cars that have never been in an accident and that are in the best condition! Hands down....the BEST we've ever dealt with Our daughter and son-in-law were in the market to purchase their first vehicle. After countless trips around town and dealing with pushy salesmen, I had about given up. My son-in-law suggested (while passing in front of Enterprise) that we stop. I had absolutely no idea that they even sold cars but thought "ok....let's give this a try". I'm extremely grateful that I did! Matt was our salesman and made it very clear in the beginning that he wanted this to be a great experience for the kids. For 5 days, while they were deciding what they wanted, Matt patiently walked them around the lot, took them to test drive, made follow-up phone calls, searched other stores for the same type of vehicle that she wanted and also offered to go and pick it up for her to test drive. The signing of the paperwork was extremely painless with Mr. Jim! He's funny and patient!! While Jim was doing paperwork Matt took the car to have it detailed and even offered to buy floor matts from O'Riley when I asked why it didn't come with any. Of course, I declined the offer but that small act of kindness spoke tons of volume!!! I highly recommend this dealership! Very personable and preofessional!! More

Would purchase from enterprise again! I was appreciative of the attention and time the sales person spent with me locating and then selling me the vehicle. I traveled a great distance to this dealership, when there was one probably 3 hours closer to me because they were professional and eager to help meet my needs with a vehicle that fit our budget. They were willing to remedy any minor issues that arose without question and were just as happy to get me into a car as I was to drive it home. The finance manager was also able to beat my USAA apr, which I didn't think was possible after checking with other military banks. When they say on their site that enterprise used cars...at least the higher end ones...are the cream of the crop and they auction the rest off to dealerships, I believe them. What ultimately led me to purchase the vehicle? It was after I took the vehicle to a local competitor to get my own personal inspection and looked at their inventory. I was so surprised to find a higher mileage, higher priced, same vehicle with pieces missing, no certification (Now why wouldn't they certify this one...maybe an accident??), and way more interior wear. It was what I needed to be certain purchasing from enterprise was the better choice. More
