Best car buying experience EVER! I went to the dealership expecting the same pushy salesmen with whom I had dealt in the past. However, I walked into an office that "felt" friendly. A young man immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how he could assist me. Salesman Marc Zingarelli was right there to assist. I really appreciated it. I knew the make and model of vehicle I wanted, its color, interior features and mileage. Marc listened, showed me what on the lot, indicated he would search for the vehicle I wanted. He answered my all questions. He went far above my expectations...no pushy attitude, listened to my input and began looking for the vehicle and features I wanted, and he found it! I truly did not believe a car salesman with Marc's character existed! More

Smaller operation & more personal attention At Enterprise. I had been looking for a specific type of Rav4 with certain equipment options for some time. I was getting my current Rav appraised online at Edmonds. I had been looking for a specific type of Rav4 with certain equipment options for some time. I was getting my current Rav appraised online at Edmonds.com. After that process was done it booted me to the listing page where I discovered the Rav at Enterprise. Edmonds listed cars for sale that were not on the other major web sites such as Auto Trader. And I would think it would behoove Enterprise to be involved in a couple major listing websites to raise their profile. Anymore I compared the options listed and decided this was as close as I ever was going to find. Not perfect would have loved the 2016 Rav to Blue or Green colored but Gray was not bad. Then it was calling up to make sure the Rav was there before I drove over. Matt was very pleasant and professional to work with answering every question I had and checking with others when he didn't know. Online prices are firm so all that is left is the trade in value, which naturally one wishes was higher up in range listed online. Car buying in general is a longer process than what it used to be due to the increasing amount of paperwork needed to complete the sale. Since I didn't need to finance that cut down on some time in the process. The Finance man could have been more of the pushy sales type if I needed financing. He did have warranties to push so know what you need or not and be firm at which point he did not press the case. I always knew rental agencies plus being smaller are more reasonable than large dealerships but just forgot to even think of Enterprise since they were not on the major websites. They even offer their own one year warranty that goes with or beyond what's left of the manufacture warranty. Most dealers do some maintenance work on any car before its put up for sale like oil changes, but seeing the miles on the car Enterprise took the next step and put 4 new tires on the Rav. I rate this experience high and tell everyone when looking for a vehicle to consider checking with rental agencies like Enterprise. When a car is in their rental fleet you know its been properly maintained. I will keep Enterprise in mind when I get ready for my next vehicle in about 15 years. I'm a low mileage guy so I seldom buy cars. Based on my experience so far I give them 5 stars. More

I was definitely not disappointed and my colleagues did not oversell. My sales rep, Bryant was professional, listened to me in detail about what I wanted and the second car he showed me was the one I went home with. But it gets better... After a week I contacted the manager, Thomas regarding some vibration I felt on the right side of the vehicle. Tom told me to take the vehicle to a local repair shop and have the bill sent to Enterprise. When a simple wheel balance didn't resolve the vibration, Tom authorized payment for a brand new set of tires! I couldn't have been more surprised or grateful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase and I'm all too happy to tell anyone looking for a dealer to make sure they consider Enterprise! More
