Over 20 years ago, we bought a van from this store (although at a different location). It was a fine family vehicle where we shared many great experiences with the kids. Flash forward to now: My wife and I were looking for an economical and well-cared for car. Sure enough, Graham and his team carefully asked us what we needed. He paid very careful attention to our concerns, and my wife and I looked at a few cars and test drove two of them. We found the perfect car for us, and the process was friendly, seamless and easy. Needless to say, we drove home in our new car within a couple of hours. I am thoroughly impressed at how Graham helped us along in the car buying process. He expertly guided us along the process. This alleviates so much stress in the purchase.

Excellent experience! Stress free, and super easy. Graham, our sales rep, was incredibly kind to myself, my husband and my son. Unlike other reps I have worked with, I felt he listened to me just as much as my husband. He answered all of my questions, did a fantastic job highlighting the features of my vehicle, and provided what was probably the best vehicle purchase experience I have had. I scheduled a test drive on-line, then drove from Kitsap County down to Lakewood after work. Due to my lack of follow-up, the car I wanted to see had not been transferred to that location. Michelle was very helpful, both offering to transfer the car, and searching for other options that met the specifics I wanted. A vehicle that turned out to be a much better fit for me, was sitting on the lot, ready to be transferred out of state. Michell and Matt quickly went to work, securing the vehicle and financing. I drove out in my 2019 Pathfinder, in just a couple of hours after arriving in my Enterprise rental. Michelle took care of returning my rental, right there on site, so there wasn't a need for an extra trip. Two thumbs up!! This was by far the easiest and most comfortable car purchase I have ever made. Big thanks to Michelle and Matt for their superior service. Will be back, and will definitely recommend Enterprise in Lakewood.

We just purchased a second car from this Enterprise team. One for me and then my sons first car he bought on his own. They were friendly and professional the moment we walked through the door. Highly recommended!
