I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from an awesome salesman, Walter Poole! Walter is a solid with WORD! but sadly my interaction with the purchase was changed from another employee when I brought the vehicle ba Walter Poole! Walter is a solid with WORD! but sadly my interaction with the purchase was changed from another employee when I brought the vehicle back 4.5 days later. The other employee was condescending and his ability to save a sale was to say how ignorant the customer is! Sold on the vehicle, the price, Walters salesmanship, but not the follow-thru experience! I'd buy here but from Walter and any follow-up concern stay clear of the "Expert"! For full disclosure, I didn't want a dented door repair on a $25,000 purchase, even if it had lower miles, thus the return and the finance guy lecture!
