I recently called the dealership as I had encountered a problem with using the navigation, but apparently only in certain areas. When I arrived I was greeted by Will Pulistar. My car was seen very quickly, by Nino Gambino, the technician I favor to work on all my cars. It was found that the car just needed a software upgrade. I have learned to trust Nino's expertise impeccably and have followed him to this dealership from where he was previously, as I have done for the last decades. There is no one finer to work on my cars. His work is flawless, he is very thorough and extremely honest and between him and the service writers he works with there I don't find I get talked into anything I don't need. Very ethical and credible. I was out of the dealership rather quickly and am very pleased with the way I was treated, as always. More
